Allow recreational use of marijuana in all 50 states, with strict regulations, similar to tabaco and alcohol.

Make it so any citizen 21 or older, can use marijuana in their own home, restrict it's use, and possession like alcohol and tabaco are restricted.

It hurts no one. The part of using marijuana that hurts people is the jail time.
