I petition for allowing coal combustion waste to be recycled. The TVA ash spill, though unfortunate, does not justify the emotional overreaction of making coal ash hazardous. Please let sensible people decide to keep inspecting for dangerous ash impoundments (to my understanding the EPA did not find any beyond the single TVA site) and allowing the appropriate recycling of coal combustion waste.
