We the people of the United States of America want to petition for a referendum on the 2012 presidential elections for marijuana, marihuana, and cannabis legalization. As United States citizens we have constitutional rights. The United States government and the Obama administration is ignoring petitions for the legalization of marijuana, marihuana, and cannabis. This is a petition for a referendum to allow the people of the United States of America to determine whether marijuana, marihuana, and cannabis should remain legal or illegal. If the government refuses to listen to the people, then the people need to take action themselves rather than rely on the government to legalize marijuana.
