Allow anyone who has been convicted of a Class C/D Nonviolent Felony and is not a repeat offender and has been rehabilitated for a minimum of 10yrs be reinstated all their rights back. Some people make mistakes and this country was founded on second chances. No one is 100% innocent of every law.
