Description is as follows:

To allow a temporary relief not to exceed (60) days for child support from non-custodial parents who lose or have lost their jobs. This not to be construed must only be caused by a natural disaster declared by the President and to also allow for custodial parent to be automatically temporary enrolled into a federal and or state TANF until non-custodial parent obtains adequate employment to restart regular child support thereafter and within the (60) day relief.
