Allow religious institutions to maintain their religious beliefs and not have to provide contraceptives for employees.

Created by H.M. on November 13, 2012

As Catholic, Christian, and other religious companies are facing up to $1.3 million in fines daily should they choose not to provide birth control to employees, and as such companies do not believe in the use of contraceptives which can lead to abortion, the Obama administration should change their stance and allow these institutions to practice their religious beliefs as given in the First Amendment to the Constitution. Currently, such institutions are being forced to comply with an HHS Mandate which would make them provide day-after and morning-after pills to employees without co-pay or face hundreds of millions of dollars in fines annually.
