If a secure mobile app were created that could be signed into by entering social security number and also taking a picture of driver's license then I believe this would make voting easier for everyone, and also increase voter turnout which has been on a decline.
To do this though, all paper ballots would have to be eliminated or at least provide the voting officials with tablets with apps installed that would provide an up to date list of everyone who has voted already to prevent people from voting twice.
