They should allow "Childhood Arrivals" to pay the resident-cost tuition instead of the non-resident tuition. If we're allowing them in our country, why not allow them to receive a good education? There is many high-school graduates that were in the Top 10% of their graduating class but weren't given a fair opportunity because the tuition was extremely high.
