Allow teachers, doctors, nurses, and other administration in "Gun Free Zones" to carry a firearm to defend the public. Provide gun and tactical procedure training by appropriate law enforcement agencies and private to selected people after mental health screening and background checks. Allow volunteers to take the course to be one of the tactical first responders in their work place.
