Allow RETIRED Military service members retain and certify conceal carry.

Allow retired service members to immediatly certify to coceal carry with thier individual states.
These individuals have demonstrated a much higher level of proficiency with firearms than most persons employed as law officers.
These individuals have already proven loyalty and fidelity to the peoples of the US and know how to have lived by an oath.
These individuals live in all our communities, and they care more about where they live and thier neighbors than any person outside of it. This would effectively boost support for local law enforcement with out a need for exessive ammounts of additional funding for any one community.
