It is of the opinion of the collective consciousness of Ricky Nason that he should be set as Supreme Overlord of the United States of America so that he may replace the ineffective rule of Congress and our Executive Branch with a new and fresh government, removing all corruption and legalizing human experimentation on those who are undesirable, such as the terminally ill, unproductive, and heavy drug (except for pot) users.
