Allow the right to collective bargaining as a federal law and prevent laws both state and local, past and present that would limit the ability to form or join a Union and/or collective bargaining. Enact a law that would disallow "free rider issues" arising from workers working in a "Union shop" without paying the dues and still getting the benefits of the Union agreement.
