We would like to petition the United States government to allow the group "Renovators of Terror", otherwise known as RoT, to form their own nation separate from that of the United States of America, and to govern it under their own laws and rulings.
We, hereby referred to as RoTville, will operate separate from the United States, but not as a threat. We will cooperate with the United States, and serve as an ally, only wishing to remain separate from the country under our own protection.
We will be open for negotiations on where we will be able to operate, as well as other accommodations for RoTville to function properly. Thank you for your time.
