allow the sale and distrubution of Kinder Surprie Eggs in the United States.

I feel Kinder Surprise Eggs should be allowed in the United States again. Kinder Eggs pose no real threat to anyone who eats them since the toy is enclosed in a capsule that is a bright yellow and is too large to ingest. The egg clearly states there is someting inside which would be considered a warning and worldwide there has been a total of only 7 deaths due to choking on the toy in a kinder egg versus LEGOS 57, yet LEGOS are still allowed. The U.S. allowed the sale of something that was almost similar (choco treasure) but still have kept Kinder Eggs banned since 1938. I think it's time the U.S. take a look at this ban and allow the sale of Kinder eggs again once and for all. It's a ridiculous ban.
