Allow the sale of flavored e-juices to adults

Millions if not billions of people die every year due to smoking-related illnesses. This is obviously a major issue. If however the rules enacted in the FDAs guidelines remain the same this will affect not only the people trying to quit smoking and live a healthy and fulfilling life, but small businesses and their families. I can understand about your need to protect the children of this fine nation. But you also should help the millions of adults that are dying of cigarette smoke. Instead of outright banning such flavorings, why dont we just educate the children (thoroughly) , so they know the dangers of using nicotine containing substances. If we already are doing that, we need to be a little more clear on the matter
