Allow San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Berkeley, and all contiguous suburbs, from Los Gatos in the south to Foxboro Downs in the north, to secede from the State of California and the USA, and become our own nation-state, if the whole of California does not decide to secede from the USA.
