allow scientific research facilities to study and experiment on death row prisoners.

Created by T.E. on July 19, 2014

The DRPRD Act, or Death Row Prisoners Research and Development Act, would allow scientific research facilities to study and experiment on death row prisoners, this would increase the rate at which medicine and treatment would be discovered. This would help many people, this would allow cancer treatments and cures to be developed even faster than they are now. Prisoners on death row would have the option of extending their time alive, by participating in studies. Prisoners at facilities will be monitored 24/7 by guards.
