Under the assumption that the seceding states are withdrawing due to similar reasons, I propose that for economic purposes, upon their successful withdrawal, that they form as one independent nation separated from The United States of America.
The name of this newly formed nation and it's other information will be discussed at a later time upon the formation of the new government.
