allow for the secession of the original confederate states along with the state of Kansas

Created by F.S. on December 18, 2014

The War for Southern Independence, should have never been fought. the Confederate States of America, along with any other state had a right to secede. many may ask "Why the south had the right, and still has the right to secede?" the answer to that is that when the colonies seceded from the tyrannical British government, they formed a "union". this was formed so that they could be united to fight the British. all the colonies knew that if any colony/ colonies or states felt necessary to secede, they could lawfully do so. the strong centralized government is destroying our liberties. We, the people of the Confederate states, each State acting in its sovereign and independent character, in order to form a permanent Federal government petition to secede from the United States of America
