Allow Secessionists to peacefully secede from the United States.

Allow individual secessionists to secede from the United States. To provide one quarter of an acre of land per 150 secessionists to be located in the southwestern most portion of the now, state of Texas for said secessionists to relocate, establish a new government, economy, currency, and diplomatic relations. They will need to establish forces to defend themselves from threats both foriegn and domestic. They will be free from any interference and monetary support from the Government of the United States and its territories. They should be prepared to relocate within 30 days of approval of this petition at their own expense.
