Allow the secetion of any and all states who fill the standing governmet should be abolished and started anew

The U.S. government no longer abides by the constitution and has strayed far from the path set by our forfathers. I am asking that all states put it to a vote made by each and every indavidule person as to wether or not to seced. From the union and 're start a New government in which the constitution is followed in it's original form with no manipulation. Of meaning.
