The allegations were substantiated against Daddy by Bergen County Child and Family Services for a total of twenty-one months. At the end of that time the case took a complete bout face. The case was closed without proper notification to the Mother of the child in question, her visitation with her son has been suspended, We the People of the United States would like to know why either of these results occurred?
We the People of the United States require that our Director of Human Services review the records on this case, consider substantiation as originally provided and that appropriate charges for sexual abuse are filed against the abuser.
