Allow a Section 125 Plan for families so that income used to pay for private schooling for their children is not taxed.

Created by C.C. on September 12, 2013

There are many parents who choose to pay for a private education for their children. Many families struggle financially to be able to afford this option for their children. They do not utilize state funds (which they have a right to) for their child(ren) to be in a public school. Therefore, these families deserve a tax credit, the ability to designate private school tuition as an expense on their taxes, or to have a Section 125 option available so they are not taxed on the income used to pay for private school tuition. As public school class sizes become larger, and funding for education dwindles, more families are choosing private school over public school. Families pay taxes to benefit public schools, then are taxed on income they've earned to pay for their child(ren)'s private schooling
