Allow the semi-equal rights of teenagers and children.

Although most adults have superior intellect and wisdom than minors, that is not always the case. As soon as the Senate, or the House of Representatives read this, it will be completely disregarded, because there has been no change in almost fifty years, equality has not been extended. But currently, almost one sixth of the country cannot vote, and has no say in the future of this country. There are cases of adults lacking intellectual power, and there are children with massive levels of genius. Children may actually be better than adults when voting, because they are not tied to one party, a clean slate, an unbiased person. The paths cross, but rights only treads one.
