Allow the Senate and the House to hold a select # of blind votes to stop the fear of job loss from making tough choices

Created by S.H. on January 18, 2013

I recommend the we set up a system to allow the Senate and the House to each request 3 blind votes a year that will keep the vote records private and sealed for the bills voted on. All votes will be entered in a secure and private manner . This would allow for these tough and important bills to be voted on without fear of attack or loss of support. When our leaders can't accomplish the simplest of tasks because of an upcoming election or some signed pledge we need to find a solution. Let the votes be made for what is best for our country, not for what is best for a career in Washington.
