Allow Service connected Veterans with a rating of 40% or more access to on base privileges.

Create a specialized Veterans ID card that recognizes veterans with a combined service connected disability rating of 40% or more. With this card, the veteran and their family should be granted on base access. This access would include use of proper enlisted, NCO, and officer clubs based on discharge rank. Also, allow Veterans and family to shop at commissary, post exchange, and 7 day stores. Also includes do it yourself centers and gym access. Same treatment as if they were still serving. With restrictions being based on rank privileges. This will help injured veterans cope better with their disabilities in the way that they will still feel like part of the service.
