Allow service members to exit the military honorably if they disagree with the new policy of allowing open homosexuality

Many service members disagree with the homosexual lifestyle and do not want to be forced to serve alongside somone who is openly homosexual. Allow service members to request an honorable discharge if they find that they are unwilling to serve alongside homosexual service members.
