What could be better than forcing medical insurance companies to compete nationally while we sort of Obamacare and healthcare? In a few short years we'll have a new national medical insurance premium or average that would reflect the risk shared from anyone from Alaska to Florida. I'd like to shop Georgia Blue Shield as well as North Dakota Blue Cross while living in California. We need options.
