Allow single custodial parents with a child support order and are not receiving their support to pay lower federal taxes

Created by D.S. on January 31, 2014

Custodial parents who are not receiving their child support payments from the non-custodial parents should be allowed to have less federal taxes deducted from their paychecks, without any tax penalties, so that the children do not suffer because of an irresponsible parent.
