Allow Small businesses to have the right to choose healthcare exemption due to the 1st Amendment and religion.

Small businesses can't afford to raise rates to cover healthcare and this should be between an employee and their employer. Businesses should have the right to deny insurance plans that perform services which go against their moral beliefs. If their religious views are not accepted by the public their business will fail and that's how our system should work. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech... An exemption must be made or this in in violation by prohibiting the free exercise of OUR religion
