It is intolerable that small companies playing by the rules to get their authorization of stay in the United States (green card) are often denied by the USCIS. We demand:
- USCIS needs to be regulated in order to make sure that every companies get a fair denial and to be judged by two different USCIS officers
- To make it easier for foreign businesses to establish themselves in the United States.
- When applying for a Green Card, documents that are sent to the USCIS should be sent to the same State as the company in order to gain direct contact with the USCIS.
