It is intolerable that small companies playing by the rules to get their authorization of stay in the United States (green card) are often denied by the USCIS. Most Immigrants try to find other ways that seemed to be illegal to get their Green Card but companies that offer more jobs for U.S. citizens get easily rejected. A lot of denial letters contained invalid facts against applican

We demand:
- USCIS needs to be regulated in order to make sure that every companies get a fair denial and to be judged by two different USCIS officers
- To make it easier for foreign businesses to establish themselves in the United States.
- When applying for a Green Card, documents that are sent to the USCIS should be sent to the same State as the company in order to gain direct contact with the USCIS.
