ALLOW SOLDIERS ON US MILITARY BASES OPEN CARRY OF LOADED WEAPONS AND THE RIGHT TO SELF DEFENSE. PREVENT ANOTHER FT HOOD.

Today we had another tragedy at FT HOOD in Texas. 4 people are dead and multiple wounded BECAUSE soldiers are not allowed to carry loaded weapons, and cannot defend themselves against an attack. We should have learned our lesson the first time, and repealed this senseless rule. There is no excuse for what happened, and no reason. The threat could have been stopped immediately IF our men and women were allowed to do what they are trained for. Enough is enough. This tragedy is the governments fault, and the blood is on the hands of the people who created and allow this rule to continue.
