My Petition is to Allow Soldiers Under 21 with Military ID to consume alcohol in any state with the U.S. This may be geared more towards a person who may be under 21 who has served a tour as well. Note: This is not to promote more stress for our already changed men and women coming back; but to let us as Americans treat them as the adults that are fighting and doing their duites for our country. Let them drink resposibily.
