Please let someone who committed a crime a very long time ago (over 25 years) to request that record be expunged if they have been a law abiding citizen for over 20 years. This record keeps good people from finding work. And, they can be very productive individuals if given the chance. Some crimes will NEVER be repeated, and they deserve the chance to go through the rest of their lives without this stigma over their heads.
