The unhappy Americans who have petitioned to secede from the USA shall be granted their wish and shall leave the USA by no later than January 1, 2014. Upon their departure all property owned by the petitioner within the borders of the USA shall become the property to the Government of the United States of America at no cost and their citizenship will be revoked effective January 1, 21014.
