Allow Americans to chose if they want the SSA to run their SS contributions, or elect with loss of future SSA benefits, to, and allow (same amount as currently deducted from pay checks) invest and/or save as they see fit contributions made to SSA for retirement. The current employer match of employee SSA contributions will go to pay current and/or future beneficiaries.
