Allow the state of Arkansas to secede from the union in order to better serve it's people and economy

It is important to realize that when the founding fathers created the constitution it was on the basis that the states of of the union would hold an unyielding position as holders of power.the system of checks and balances has been corrupted and the focus of the nation isn't revolved around the states as it should.it is of the utmost concern that the states of the union be elevated in power and the federal government release it's hold.this country is no longer ran by Manys votes,but by the words of a few behind closed doors.overall it is asked that Arkansas secede from the union,in hopes of that other states will follow
