Allow the State of California to split into two separate and equal states of Northern California and Southern California

This petition is here to allow the State of California to be able to split into two states. For too many years the State of California has been ruled by the far left Northern Californians, and something needs to be done. The more moderate Southern California needs to be separated from the North to have any say in any sorts of politics. It has been too long that the Southern California counties not having any say in elections, something needs to be done!
