Allow the State of California to withdraw from the Union for rights violations commited on Middle Class Americans.

When in the Course events it has become necessary for one class to dissolve the political bands that have connected them with another; it requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. This present government has under taken a form of genocide to exterminate the Middle Class American. The survival of the middle class can now only be preserved by the peaceful withdrawal from the Union to form a true Democratic government that governs all citizens with true equality. We humble request separation from this Union in order insures the preserve our class.
