Allow State & Federal benefits to children whose biological parent receives SSI & is not forced to pay child support.

Created by P.F. on February 09, 2014

Allow children whose biological parent receives SSI & is not forced to pay child support to get help & benefits through the government. Some states protect people who receive SSI not to be forced to pay child support. The children do not & can not receive any local, state, & federal benefits if the child does not live with the disabled parent. If the state helps & protects the disabled parent, who will protect & help support the children? It takes TWO consensual adults to procreate. ONE parent should not have to take full responsibility based on the other parents decision to collect SSI. The children should be able to receive health care & financial assistance through the Government. The same benefits the disabled adult receives to help support the child, until he/she turns 18.
