It is time that Illinois seperated into two geographically equal halves. This split would allow for economic growth for southern Illinois as this area is very different already. It is time for economic change in Illinois and it is being withheld by big business in Chicago. Illlinois is the most in-debt state at this time because of the unemployment up north. This city is running the entire state into the ground! Why should Southern Illinois and parts of Central Illinois be represented by this city?
