To quote Amendment X of The Constitution of The United States of America; "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Therefore, any powers not delegated to the Federal Union of States by the Constitution of The United States should be subject to state approval before coming into effect within the State of Iowa. Any laws not approved by the State of Iowa are to be considered unconstitutional, and a justification for secession. This is a call for restoration of the power of the Constitution of The United States.
