In recent years the amount of control by the Federal Government has increased leaving the States power to decrease in a manner that has harmed the States and their ability to ensure the safety and security of the people within them. At this point the Federal Government has failed to preform its duties by upholding its position of "by the people, for the people".
The Federal Government has failed in establishing measures that ensure that despite internal political strife that the nation as a whole can carry on without fear of collapse. The people have watched as the Corporations of the nation have gotten hand out after hand out while the real working American has fallen to the way side.
Therefore the States should vote if they wish to remain part of the broken system or not.
