Allow the state of Maryland, or at least the Western part of it, to peacefully secede

As the Federal Government strips away more and more liberties of its constituents and as it continues to expand its powers outside of and against the limits within the constitution, We the People would like to peacefully rebel against this tyranny by removing ourselves from the domain of the Federal Government, into the domain of a more limited government. First and foremost, this should be done to protect each individuals liberties, as all other rights stem from ones God given liberties. No individual should be plundered by the government, to pay for things that individual does not support, it is a violation of that individuals liberties. No individual should be controlled by other power hungry individual. Liberty is the only option.
