Minnesota requests to formorally withdraw from the union. The Federal Governement no longer serves a functioning purpose for the state of Minnesota, nor does it represent it's people in a manner that is acceptable. We request a peacful withdrawl from the Republic and the right to govern from our state constitution and local and state congress.
