allow the state of ohio to secede from the union

that we, the citizens of the state of ohio,
withdraw from the republic known as the united states of america.
for ohio, to become an indepentdent country, free from the constraints and conditions as currently imposed on the individual states by the federal government.
to dissolve ourselves from any treaties, agreements, or understandings between the united states of america, and all other nations.
to retain the power of the people, in the state of ohio,
to establish our own laws, and insure the rights, as given by god, to all citizens within our realm.
