The citizens of Pennsylvania wish to secede from the Federal Government, as it has surpassed the boundaries and limitations set forth by the Founding Fathers, and by seceding, reestablish a traditional state government in which Pennsylvania will be governed by its own elected officials. The right to petition the Federal Government to allow such an action is guaranteed by law in the Declaration of Independence. In God we trust.
