In light of recent events, we, the people of Texas, feel that it is in our best interests to be colonized by the now independent country of Great Britain, who, in her wisdom, seceded from the shackles of the European Union. We feel that this act was a very positive move towards a more civilized future where each colony may govern themselves and operate in the best interests of their people, and as such we elect to become a part of this movement and become a colony under her majesty the Queen, as our forefathers were so many generations ago. Great Britain has made a powerful statement in undertaking this courageous task, and as an ally of freedom the state of Texas would like to stand strong as a powerful ally to our great Queen, and reside under her rule as an independent colony.
