This petition is designed to allow the state of Utah to peaceably secede from the United States of America and form its own government, currency, and defense.
The intention of this petition is to help individual states to provide for themselves. The Federal Government has failed the state of Utah.
We can manage our own affairs, our land, our laws, and ourselves.
