We the people of the state of Wyoming in order to form a more perfect union recognize that all men and women are created equal and are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We feel that we as a people have become disenfranchised and our views and best interests are not taken seriously or taken to heart.
